I've spent twelve-plus years in production trenches: debugging at 3 AM, automating away the 3 AM, then sleeping properly. Started in shared hosting, climbed through L1, L2, L3, ended up where most production traffic eventually lives: my queue.

I care about systems that hum. Quiet pagers, deterministic rollouts, observable everything. The boring kind of beautiful.
